Pricing Questions
What does "per location" mean?
One location is one CQC-registered service. If you run a single care home, that is one location. If you run three supported living services, that is three locations. Each location gets its own set of policies, staff, and data.
Is there a limit on users?
No. You can add as many staff members as you need at each location. There is no per-user charge.
What happens after the free trial?
Your trial lasts 7 days with full access to every feature. At the end of the trial, you can subscribe to continue using CareVanto. No credit card is required to start, and your data is kept for 12 months if you decide not to continue.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Yearly subscriptions run for the full 12-month term. See our Terms of Service for full details.
Do I get a discount for multiple locations?
Yes. If you run more than one location, contact us at [email protected] for volume pricing.
Is everything really included?
Yes. There are no add-ons, no premium tiers, no hidden fees. Every feature listed on this page is included in the price - policies, rostering, audits, incidents, training, complaints, and all future updates.
